I offer two Japan travel consulting services where you can ask me anything related to your trip, depending on where you are in your planning journey: 1) Itinerary Review & Optimisation or 2) Full Custom Itinerary Co-Creation.
1) Itinerary Review & Optimisation: What's Included?
Ideal if you already have an itinerary planned and need an expert to check over pacing, hotels, transport options, etc for feasibility.
✅ 1 hour of prep time for me to review your itinerary draft in advance
✅ 1-hour 1-on-1 live Zoom call to review connection times, optimise pacing, ensure top experiences aren’t missed, and share my direct local contacts
✅ A detailed written summary of all recommendations and tweaks sent post-call.
Investment: $300 USD (Limited time discounted rate: $150 USD)
2) Full Custom Itinerary Co-Creation: What's Included?
Ideal if you are starting from scratch with just a vision, destination, or list of goals in mind and need some help piecing it all together efficiently.
✅ 1 hour of pre-call research based on your initial ideas
✅ Up to 2-hour interactive Zoom workshop where we brainstorm, map out locations, select accommodations, and build the foundation in real-time
✅ 1–2 business days of offline refinement on my end
✅ Up to 1-hour final review call to walk through your complete, personalised trip blueprint
✅ You receive the final detailed itinerary document ready for travel.
Investment: $60 USD per day of travel, minimum 5 days (Limited time discounted rate: $30 USD per day).
What's NOT included with either service?
As an independent travel consultant (not a full-service travel agency), I specialise in the strategy, itinerary curation, and local insight based on my first-hand travel experiences in Japan. I do not provide:
❌ Booking flights, accommodation, experiences, activities, rental cars etc on your behalf: I’ll share options for you to book yourself to retain complete control of your reservations.
❌ Emergency assistance when travelling in Japan: Travel insurance comes in handy for immediate help.
❌ Travel visa or immigration support: These questions are best directed to your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
